Fees and fee protection

Course fees, payment arrangements, non-tuition charges and refund conditions are provided before enrolment in the relevant Course Brochure and International Student Letter of Offer and Agreement.

  • International students are generally not required to pay more than 50% of tuition before commencement, unless they choose to do so.
  • For a course shorter than 25 weeks, PIC may require the full course cost before commencement.
  • PIC participates in the Australian Government Tuition Protection Service.
  • Prepaid tuition fees are managed in accordance with applicable fee-protection requirements.

What course fees cover

Tuition fees

Required training and assessment, one copy of learning materials unless otherwise stated, and one set of eligible certification documents.

Optional materials, stationery, uniforms, OSHC, accommodation, airport services, transaction costs and card surcharges are not included unless expressly stated.
